Delivery Information We process orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). You can expect your order within 14 working days. If your goods do not arrive within 14 working days, you may contact us for tracking information. If your goods do not arrive due to an incorrect address initially entered by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for reshipping charges. Refund Policy If your goods have a fault within 28 days of purchase we will either give you a full refund or a replacement. Goods that are returned back to us in-complete (without all the packaging) will not be refunded. Any goods purchased that become faulty after 28 days of purchase can be sent back to us and will be repaired by us free of charge. Shipping costs will have to be paid by the consumer.
